Bob founded INFOCUS Marketing in 1990 and was a true pioneer in helping professional and trade associations realize significant non-dues revenue from their list rental program. From a one man show (himself) to assembling and managing a talented team of 40 direct marketing professionals, Bob has transformed INFOCUS from the leading association list manager in existence into a successful, full-service mail and email service provider recognized as the preferred resource in our industry. Outside of work, Bob enjoys basketball, tennis, coaching youth sports, writing movie scripts, rooting for the Terps/Skins/Nats, and spending time with his wife and three children.
Tom Heim, Director of Operations

Tom has over 20 years of experience in the direct mail industry and is an expert in USPS DMM rules and regulations. Specializing in building core competencies and operational effectiveness to maximize client value, Tom has also served more than ten years on the Postal & Government Affairs Committee for the Mailing & Fulfillment Services Association and is an active member of the Local Postal Customer Council. Tom has a B.S. in Economics from George Mason University. As an avid fly fisherman and general sports enthusiast, Tom's favorite way to spend his time is with his wife of 21 years and his 16 and four year old boys.
Maggie Powers, Director of Development

Maggie is a successful business development professional with over 17 years of experience in the association community. For more than seven of those years, Maggie has worked closely with INFOCUS’ association list management clientele to implement strategies that increase visibility and drive list rental sales, including email and integrated marketing programs. Prior to INFOCUS, Maggie worked at CTIA – The Wireless Association. Maggie’s experience working in an association gives her a unique perspective on the challenges facing association executives as well as the most effective strategies to achieve their non-dues revenue goals.
Jim Heim, Sr. Mail & Print Consultant

Specializing in print and direct mail, Jim has more than 27 years of experience in the industry. Before joining INFOCUS, Jim ran his own mail production house, CSI Mailing, for over 20 years in the Washington, DC area. A resident of Warrenton, VA and a graduate of Longwood College (now University), Jim spends most of his work day on the road, enjoying face time with his customers and sharing with them his vast industry knowledge.
Kerry Tranfa, Sr. Marketing Consultant

Since 2005, Kerry has utilized her extensive list and marketing background to successfully assist hundreds of organizations with their mail and email marketing campaigns. With a background in business development and proposal writing/editing, Kerry earned a B.A. in English from George Mason University. Kerry lives in Midland, VA with her husband and two sons and loves to read books and enjoys spending time with her family in Outer Banks, NC.
Eileen Giaramita, Sr. Marketing Consultant

Eileen has over 25 years of collective experience in direct marketing. Prior to joining INFOCUS, she worked for a direct marketing advertising agency in New York, then relocated to Virginia in 1990 where she continued her career in direct marketing as a chief brokerage manager for another list company. Now at INFOCUS, Eileen spends her days researching and recommending lists for her clients and consulting on their overall direct marketing campaigns. She lives with her husband and enjoys golf, gardening and relaxing at her pool!
Susan Blake, Sr. Marketing Consultant

Susan brings a wealth of experience to INFOCUS, with over 20 years actively engaging in marketing, direct mail and print production. A graduate of the Syracuse University’s Newhouse School of Public Communications, Susan holds a B.S. in Marketing & Communications. Her experience ranges from corporate marketing and communications to traditional advertising agency account management and production. Susan enjoys the challenge of helping her customers achieve the best results with their postal and email marketing campaigns. In her spare time, Susan raises chickens and quail with her husband on their small scale poultry farm outside of Washington, VA.
Shar Russell, Sr. Marketing Consultant

Shar has over ten years of experience in the direct marketing industry, along with an extensive background in marketing and sales. Shar’s industry knowledge comes from holding such positions as Sr. Account Executive and Production Manager at direct mail and printing facilities before joining INFOCUS as a Sr. Marketing Consultant. She lives here locally in Virginia and enjoys time at the beach and spending time with her family.
Jorge Umana, Sr. Accounting Manager

Jorge has over 20 years of experience in the accounting field with 14 years of specialized experience in the direct mail and marketing industry. In addition to overseeing all accounting functions of our direct mail operations, he provides administrative support to our staff aimed at successfully completing customer mailing projects and campaigns. He lives in Springfield, VA with his wife and beloved dog, Chiquita and is a diehard football (Redskins) fan.
Kathy John, Sr. Accounting Manager

Kathy brings 34 years of accounting and administrative management experience to INFOCUS. She works closely with the accounting staff, list owners and clients. In her spare time, Kathy enjoys reading, exhibiting purebred dogs, and attending her grandchildren’s school and sporting events.
Heather Cantley, Order Processing Manager

Heather brings over 20 years of administrative, marketing and customer service experience to INFOCUS. For over ten years, Heather has been at the helm of our highly skilled, customer service team, receiving praise from hundreds of clients and customers in addition to INFOCUS earning the recognition as providing the best customer service in the industry. Heather lives in Warrenton, VA with her husband Rob and son Sean... who recently obtained the most coveted rank in Boy Scouts—Eagle Scout.
Carolyn Holskey, Mail Account Manager

Carolyn brings 19 years of direct mail account management experience to INFOCUS. In addition to over 50 different mailer customers that rely on Carolyn to successfully manage and deliver multiple mail campaigns throughout the year, Carolyn also provides invaluable assistance to new clients for a broad spectrum of direct mail projects. Her gratification comes from saving her customers money on postage and printing costs while adhering to postal regulations. Carolyn is originally from Columbus, Ohio and attended the Ohio State University. She and her husband, a retired USAF pilot, have two daughters and currently reside in Fairfax, VA. For relaxation, she spends her free time at their vacation home on Smith Mountain Lake.
James Conrad, Mail Account Manager

Jim brings a wealth of direct mail production and account management experience to INFOCUS, effectively managing hundreds of mail campaigns. Jim earned a B.S. in Business from Franciscan University and currently resides in in Culpeper, VA with his wife.
Ed Godaire, Digital Print & Mail Data Manager

Over the course of nine years at INFOCUS, Ed has effectively done it all. Possessing a versatile background in data management, laser printing and production; numerous clients and customers rely on his bastion of knowledge in all aspects of direct mail production. Ed has an A.S. Computer and Information Science degree and is an Army Veteran currently residing in Gainesville, VA.
Vu Nguyen, IT Data Manager

Vu is an IT professional with over 13 years of experience in system design and architecture, as well as analyzing, maintaining and troubleshooting computer networks. He is well versed in various computer operating systems and database technology and holds a B.S in Electronics Engineering Technology. Vu currently lives in Gainesville, VA with his family and loves to spend time in the great outdoors.
Kathleen Quinn, Email Transmission Manager

With years of experience in direct mail data processing and email transmission, Kathleen is the leader of our email transmission division that has earned an impeccable reputation for effectively managing and delivering all types of email campaigns. Kathleen recently earned a B.S. in Business and Leadership Management from University of Mary Washington. In her free time, Kathleen likes to read, travel and explore Virginia’s local wineries.
