Optometry's Meeting is the official annual meeting of the American Optometric Association and American Optometric Student Association. It is the only event that brings the optometry community together to shape the future of the profession, allowing attendees to connect with colleagues and get the best continuing education in the industry. Optometry's Meeting® 2024 will be held June 19-22, 2024 in Nashville, TN. Thousands of optometrists, optometric staff, and students from the front-line of eye and vision care will be in attendance.

Email transmissions are available from May 15 - August 5, 2024.

*Email deployments during the pre-show and post-show dates are limited to three per day with one deployment available from 10am-12pm EST, one deployment available from 1pm-3pm EST, and one deployment available from 4pm-6pm EST. Email deployments during the show dates are limited to one email per day. Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis.

Note: All email deployments include HTML/Text set-up, email transmission, opt-out file suppression (for files less than 250K records), and one tracking report.
