Rated M – The Mensa Marketing Research Panel Parameters

Similar to the Mensa email list, Rated M - The Mensa Marketing Research Panel program will not directly release the panel participant emails to surveyors/customers. Rather, INFOCUS Marketing will provide the transmission on the customer's behalf.

  • Customers' survey questions must be approved prior to deployment by Mensa.
    • Customers can't use the survey to ask questions about other company brands.
    • Customers can't use the survey results in public relations, advertising or social media.
  • All deployments will adhere to CAN-SPAM rules.
  • INFOCUS Marketing will provide the opt-out mechanism, and manage the opt-outs.
  • All Rated M - The Mensa Marketing Research Panel surveys will come from the same address each time, for example, MensaMarketResearch@message.infocusmarketing.com.
  • A standard Rated M - The Mensa Marketing Research Panel template will be designed and used for all Rated M - The Mensa Marketing Research Panel surveys in order to establish a consistent look.
  • Each survey purchase will include the deployment of an initial survey and three reminders to complete the survey. Reminders will only be sent to participants that have not already completed the survey.
